Welcome to Solutiall’s Affiliate Program Terms of Service. By engaging with Solutiall as an affiliate partner, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, ethical, and mutually beneficial partnership.

2. Affiliate Content Usage

• Any content created by Solutiall, including but not limited to blog posts, social media graphics, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of Solutiall.
• Affiliates may not modify, misrepresent, or alter Solutiall’s brand materials without explicit written consent.
• Brands may request the right to use promotional content created by Solutiall, subject to prior agreement.

3. Collaboration Terms

• Affiliates agree to disclose their partnership with Solutiall in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising laws.
• Promotions must align with ethical marketing practices—no false claims, misleading information, or deceptive tactics.
• Solutiall reserves the right to request content removal or corrections if deemed necessary.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions will be based on agreed-upon terms for each affiliate partnership (fixed rate, revenue share, or per-lead commission).
• Payments will be processed via wire transfer on a monthly basis or quarterly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.
• Solutiall is not responsible for unpaid commissions due to incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Solutiall is not responsible for the claims, warranties, or guarantees made by any partnered brand.
• Affiliates assume responsibility for any legal or regulatory issues arising from their marketing activities.
• Solutiall is not liable for any losses incurred due to changes in commission structures, tracking errors, or third-party failures.

6. Termination Clause

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Solutiall reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership immediately in cases of fraudulent activity, brand misrepresentation, or breach of contract.
• Upon termination, affiliates must cease using Solutiall branding and promotional materials.
